Baked oats is one trend that doesn’t show signs of slowing down anytime soon, and we understand why.
There are so many variations of this recipe around, you’re sure to find one that tickles your tastebuds. These baked oats are naturally sweetened with blueberries and cinnamon so you can indulge without the guilt. Checkout our other recipe for bulk™ Baked Oats for more delicious oat-y inspiration.
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 50g bulk™ Ultra Fine Oats
- 15g Vanilla bulk™ Pure Whey Protein Powder or bulk™ Vegan Protein Powder
- ¼ tsp bulk™ Cinnamon Extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp bulk™ Oat Drink
- 40g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then transfer into a lightly oiled ramekin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, then leave to cool slightly before tucking in.
Optional – add some blueberries to a heat-proof bowl and microwave on high for a couple of minutes, then spread over the top of the oats.
